I have photoshop cs2. I would like to add/insert a jpg or gif picture/image into a photoshop layer created with the 'Rounded Rectangle tool. How could I do this?

the background picture/image 1 layer

i add image/picture layer white layer has been created 'rounded rectangle tool', , delete background layer , end icon/image rounded corners

first turn background layer regular layer double clicking on thumbnail in layers palette.

 

then add vector mask layer going layer>vector mask>reveal all

 

then set rounded rectangle tool path , draw rectangle on vector mask.
