joned team but no products

i started new job , organisation has team account creative cloud , 2 licenses indesign. old person had job removed , added team account. recieved invitation join team , followed instructions, when sign in says on creative cloud free membership , have no products.

 

i have looked through team admin settings administrator , can't seem figure out. ideas?

seems not able accept invite successfully. kindly try accept invite  using different browser. right click accept  invite button in team invitation email  , copy hyperlink , paste in different browser.
