Lightroom issues

i've been having issues lightroom sliders not working.  yesterday noticed when started lightroom none of sliders move.  however, when double clicked on slider name resets zero, can move histogram, can use spot removal tool, etc. no sliders move. morning sliders worked again.  tonight none of sliders move.  going on?  have current version: lightroom cc 2015.2.1 (1046594).

please restart computer

also backup lightroom catalog , reset lightroom preferences .see  resetting preferences in lightroom cc/6 | lightroom blog

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
