Scanned image captured incorrectly

we have epson ds-60000 scanner has been working fine number of months.  have started have issue scanning glass acrobat.  when tell there letter size document, letter size scan, image "shifted" several inches left.  left 2" cut off , right 2" blank.  (see below)

 

we having issue in native epson scanning utility well; had go in configuration option , "reset defaults."  corrected error in epson native utility persists in adobe.   epson has told contact adobe because cannot support how product scans in adobe since it's scanning correctly in utility. 

 

we running windows 8.1, adobe acrobat xi pro (11.0.12); scanner connected via usb.

 

any appreciated.

if issue resolved resetting epson settings can please reinstall acrobat , see if problem resolved.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
