why did they change the resize photo procedure

i don't way new resize image dialogue works. can no longer reduce ppi in image @ same physical size automatically makes bigger

open image re size dialogue box.

• unlink width,height,resolution clicking on break chain icon.
• then uncheck re sample box,
• check re sample box again
• and able change them independently.
