DPS Preflight shows app in landscape, not portrait

hello,

in dps 2015, i have android app configured 'portrait', both tablets , phones. however, when publish content preflight , open on tablet (samsung galaxy tab e), content shown in landscape. can enlighten me on doing wrong?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
