I updated my windows 10 and it changed all my PDF files to E PDF files. How do I change them back?

i updated windows 10 , changed pdf files e pdf files.  how change them back?

you set reader default either going edit > preferences > general in acrobat reader application

and click on select default pdf handler.

 

if not work please follow steps have mentioned here: i have windows 10 , want make reader dc default .pdf reader.  though set default, windows insists on using e (the new browser) when seek open .pdf.  how force windows accept reader default?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
