Lightrrom develop model slow down after 5 Minutes of usage

hi when editing in lightrrom cc works brilliantly 5 minutes in develop module crop tool , such spot removal tool become slow , unresponsive restarting lightroom starts again great deteriorates, am  running windows 10 i7 4790k processor 32 gb of ram operating system , applications on 1 ssd , lightrrom cat on it's own ssd, have checked ram , processor load , both stay same throughout, have tried new catalogue , have same issue , turn graphics acceleration off , on no change thoughts how can rectify working until few days ago not done updates @ time issue presented itself  in advance

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
