Use Form Data in Workflow Subject Line?

hello,

 

one of our clients having issues organizing emails workflow notifications because subject lines same.  seems available tags in workflow email pretty limited.

 

is there way pull info form submission subject line such "name - reason contact"?

 

i've found workaround using mandrill , ajax (and not using bc's notifications @ all), there's no way hide mandrill api key way i'm little concerned security.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
