cs5 install stops at 30% on OS X.

i've tried uninstalling , using cleaner, reinstall still hangs @ installing adobehelp @ 30%.screen shot 2015-11-17 @ 4.44.40 pm.png

there known problems mac 10.11 el capitan... may 1 of them

acrobat pro dcを最新版にしたところ(2015.006.30096)、一部のpdfファイルを開くことができなくなりました。ファイルをダブルクリックして開こうとすると、添付のようなエラーが出ま す。この問題が発生するのは、acrobat xのclearscanでocrをかけたものが多い印象です。他のpdfでは問題がありません。この問題は以前に何度も発生したので、カスタマーサポートにお聞きしてクリーンインストールし なおしましたが、インストールしたときは問題なかったのですが、最新版に更新されてしまった後は問題が発生しています。なお、これらのファイルはpreviewでは開くことができます。しかし 、previewで保存しなおすと、clearscanのフォントの情報が抜け落ちでしまいます(検索できなくなり、テクストをコピーアンドペーストすると空白になります)ので、どうしたもの かと困っています。以前はacrobat xがインストールされていたので、それで開いて保存しなおすことでdcでも開くことができるようになりましたが、カスタマーサポートが複数のバージョンのacrobatが入っていると干渉す る可能性があるとおっしゃったので、アンインストールさせられてしまいました。 Acrobatコミュニティフォーラム (Japan) でのその他のディスカッション adobe
