Help with color correction

hi guys, wondering if has advice or links videos on premiere or lumetri color correction. issue i've been finding every different color adjustment pretty same tint. haven't used premiere in years i'm relearning it. there scenes i'm trying make blues bluer or pinks bit pinker, every color adjustment make makes entire picture tinted color. example, have shot of lady pink hair sitting above greenish water, , want water bluer/aqua without making woman cold or blue or take away warm lighting on her. appreciated!

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
