I cannot see the document when I go to "fill and sign"

with new version of acrobat, document disappears when click "fill , sign".  used able in old document fill , sign documents.  what's deal?

could please let me know whether facing issue adobe acrobat or reader.

what version of os using?

does happens pdf files or specific one?

try uninstalling , reinstalling software , see if helps.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
