InDesign crashing trying to open Document from Network

i have 3 users on mac's doing desktop publishing.

 

we had them on cs5.5 , cs6.   when using these open/edit id datamerge files ease.

 

now upgraded cc2015, when trying open same documents network files , id crash.  had them test moving these same files network, local drive on mac.  when did files opened fine.  going network copies crash again.   adobe support seems insist problem our network, didnt have problem before upgrade.

 

does know of solutions this, other getting refunds on our cc2015 accounts , reinstalling older versions of cs.x ?

what os? id running ok other this?

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
