i cannot enter in my redemption code on the redeem page after I purchased the membership from Best Buy

i purchased adobe creative cloud photography plan: photoshop cc , lightroom 12-month prepaid membership $119 today @ local best buy store. came home start using it, , followed steps on card redeem it; when part says "enter redemption code" not letting me enter code of card. has else had deal this? don't know do. have paid membership...now i'm feeling jipped...

can please inbox redemption code me check validity, can try other browser or contact support too.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! i trying batch process nef , dng files when error comes up: "referenceerror: window not have constructor : 325"   the same problem comes when trying batch processed files in same locations.   running cs6 bridge 5.0.2.4 ps 13.06x64   help!!! hi,   let try reset preferences of photoshop press , hold alt+control+shift (windows) or option+command+shift (mac os) start photoshop. prompted delete current settings. new preferences files created next time start photoshop. note: using keyboard shortcut, preference files custom shortcuts, workspaces, , color settings reset default.   thanks More discussions in Photoshop adobe
