uninstall and reinstall

when upgraded windows 10, lost administrator privileges, though microsoft helped resolve, still don't have administrator privileges. have clean install of windows 10 need know how uninstall creative cloud , photography plan, , reinstall them. need know how reinstall lightroom 5 own. 

sign out of account... uninstall... run cleaner...
