deactivate?

i'm trying deactivate photoshop cc on 1 laptop in order transition laptop, don't want uninstall until new laptop totally configured (not photoshop, apps), , i'm satisfied totally operational , reliable.

 

on laptop photoshop cc, when click on "help," "deactivate" not 1 of options appears in drop-down list.  ps must activated, though, since can use program on laptop, , when installed ps , tried open on other laptop, told have deactivate on computer first.

 

how deactivate if not 1 of options under "help?"

use "help > sign out" command instead.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
