not talking responsive -create banner ad expand on rollover, how to workflow code tutorial?

please note: not asking how make responsive banner ad or how animate or add movies

 

i need small banner ad expand to larger ad - this:  expandable banners.com | push down banners | corner peel banners | takeover banners | rich media banner ads.

 

i used make flash sites. - have used edge reflow - dreamweaver.. and  using edge animate project

 

a. adobe animate correct tool make expanding rich media linked banner ad workflow?

b. how literally make smaller ad... expand teh larger ad , work?!

 

a banner ad 720 x 90 on rollover  expands 720 x larger 150 [or something] expnded version has movie , links

how achieve transition small ad large ad?

 

best guess canvas size [ div size] issue - ...? no answers anyplace!

 

a  button on larger scale? "on click"  larger banner?

b. " symbol" other button.. don't know about

c. take thing different adobe product - if workflow , tutorials?

expanding ads considered rich media. , must served trusted rich media vendors such sizmek, pointroll, doubleclick, etc. there metrics involved expanding ads not create yourself.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
