Premiere Pro Debug Event cpp-241

the issue started last night when trying open project file had been working on.

 

open premiere

 

select project file

 

tries open file dialogue box: "premiere pro has encountered error. [..\\..\\src\player.cpp-241]

 

i click "continue"

 

then dialouge box pops up: "sorry, serious error has occurred requires adobe premiere pro shut down. attempt save current project."

 

in lower right hand corner salmon colored box pops says "input contract violation"

 

i click "ok" in error message , tells me "adobe premiere pro cc has stopped working" , prompts me close program.

 

all of project files worked yesterday, handful of them open.

 

i have dell xps windows 10 24g of ram

 

any appreciated! deadlines approaching.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
