When I try to install PSE 14 it asks me to login. Then it says that I am not connected to the Internet which I am. What's the problem?

when try install pse 14 asks me login. says connected internet am. what's problem? manage install on macbook, try install on imac. heard somewhere 2 installations ok.

follow below steps :

 

step 1)

1) right click on finder icon and  select "go-to folder" option.
2) text box, type-in below command , hit 'return' key.( " do not miss ~ symbol " )

~/library

it open user library folder.

3)then navigate application support>adobe>oobe. open oobe folder , trash opm.db file.

 

 

step 2)

 

1)please click on apple menu icon , select system preferences, , click network.
2)choose network connected internet can ethernet or airport(wireless).
3)then click on advanced button , click proxies tab.
4)under 'select proxy server configure' uncheck proxy check boxes, uncheck 'use passive ftp mode (pasv)'.
5)then click on apply button.

 

 

then try install pse 14 again.

3) open etc folder, please file named "hosts" , copy same desktop screen.

4)double click on hosts file , open textedit,

check whether can see adobe related entries inside hosts file 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc??
