After effects refuses to play at realtime speed

i turned work today , find after effects cc 2015 not playback project, or projects have ever made or mock up, in realtime.

 

ram preview completes usual , had day before. today program refuses playback @ realtime speed , stutters way through animation. visible layers , effects turned off , left audio timeline wont play reliably , drops 12 frames second frame rate. project set 25 frames per second.

 

disc cache , clear no other programs open steal ram.

 

is known issue i'm not finding online because going effect deadlines now.

nobody can tell without proper system info or other technical details. yes, cc 2015 full of bugs , issue on place. feel free downgrade cc 2014.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
