Any filter that is in the 6th position on the menu will not launch. Any idea how to fix or when a fix will be available. This is CC2015 latest version

any filter installed falls 6th menu position not launch. if add or delete filter, whatever new 6th item stops working

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
