CAN'T DOWNLOAD CREATIVE SUITE

hi, have subscription creative suite. today have cleaned pc (windows xp). reinstall cretaive cloud software can't. everytime click on download button happens......nothing. no error message, no download starting ! have turned off windows firewall , restart computer still nothing happens. have runned adobe creative cloud cleaner tool , tried again without success.

could me understand what's happening.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!! (if have installed arm , delete it, will, on "check updates nothing or common update error ) you nonsense: acrobat updates have been disabled system policy.   error: 100700 if installer ...
