Folder cannot be found.

i have googled don't "get" advice.

 

i have lightroom 5 (windows 8) , getting error message "folder cannot found" many, many images when try go "development" mode. upgraded newer version of lightroom little while ago. have not been changing names of theses files. appear has changed has affected hundreds of images have developed. there quick fix this? thanks. by-the-way, not terribly computer savy.

this message means photos or folders have been moved, renamed or deleted outside of lightroom. on windows computers, can mean external drive has changed drive letters.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
