how to contact directly Adobe, phone number, nothing is working in the contact options. Photoshop is not working anymore

how contact directly adobe, phone number (switzerland), nothing working in contact options. photoshop not working anymore , window  contact asks me id, i  introduce, window tells me: ccphotography under licence, clic on go ….and there returns me first window. become crazy
