in Phosothop as 'open as layers in PSD' - not working for me. all help gratefully accepted and acknowledged

i have watched video 'create can imagine' countless times.  says choose 2 photos in lightroom , edit in 'open layers in photoshop.  not working.  gratefully accepted.

which version of photoshop , lightroom using?

which operating system using?

are getting specific error message?

please elaborate work flow following.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
