Problem activating on my Mac

my manager gave me serial number adobe pro, , have setup on pc. i'm told can use same user license on laptop (mac) can't find enter serial number, , when log account nothing shows being purchased.  i'm sure it's correct email address i"m using.

you can download adobe acrobat pro link: download adobe acrobat products | standard, pro | dc, xi, x

once install application prompted enter serial number.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
