Sound failure on Asus Fonepad 8 FE380CG

we have simple quiz app distributed through ad hoc installation (using apk) on 100+ devices, when playing playback sound (muting/unmute/increasing volume/decreasing volume) roughly 5 percent of devices hang , crashes.

 

we're not sure cause is, if has solution please let know.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
