Adobe creative cloud photography - photoshop won't start

hi,

i subscribed abode creative cloud photography. can install softwares (i need photoshop) creative cloud menu on mac when app downloaded , installed, doesn't open. have abode window pops , says not subscribed...

 

is normal ?

 

doesn't subscription adobe creative cloud photography allow me access photoshop ? or need buy software alone ?

verify subscription payment has been processed , adobe id correct, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

 

 

then sign out , in cc desktop using same adobe id used verify subscription current,  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html
