contact form mandatory tickbox

hi, using contact form , added tickbox "yes add me mailing list" text near it.

the point if person doesnt select it, mail not sent.

in other words, writes me through form has tick box, or not work.

how can disable that?  , letting people choose freely if wont included in mailing list or not?

you can use radio button functionality , yes can make mandatory clicked users . available in muse cc 2015 update.untitled-1.jpg
