Downloader doesn't work anymore. Cannot download from my camera

bridge doesn't acknowledge presence of camera anymore, hence cannot download photos.  big problem.  tried downloading husband's camera, , had no luck.  both use canon rebel t3i's.  have tried resetting preferences in bridge.  didn't work.

which version of bridge using , operating system?

please refer bridge , el capitan  if using mac os x 10.11

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
