Elements 14 and Premiere Bundle not functioning.

i purchased elements 14 , premiere bundle , premiere installed no problem have been trying since oct 15 install elements14 no luck.

i've been on chat support , have let them take on system; negative results.  elevated next level of support no 1

ever called me suppose after stayed home darn day waiting call or email , still have heard nothing.  can give me refund

and can go on merry way.
