i have adobe photodeluxe home edition 4.0 , can not get  registered

photodeluxe consumer-oriented image editing software line published adobe systems until july 8, 2002. @ time replaced adobe's newly launched consumer oriented image editing software, photoshop elements. technical support no longer provided adobe photodeluxe software line.
