I with an Adobe on line (help) person got instructions to uninstall my older version of Audition and new one wouldnt install--how can i do it?>

i have older version of audition 3, had called helper adobe send me link install newer updated version, wouldn;'t install , got off without finishing--what do now?

please share os version , using can assist appropriately.  know if getting installation failure message, share screenshot if possible.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
