Package option in Illustrator is not appearing.

i have updated , installed of cs6 applications , ran of updates. however, new "package" options in illustrator still not visible. can issue?

if have cs6 perpetual license, not there, not included in version.

 

the first version includes package option version of cs6 included in cc subscription.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
