Photoshop CS6 installation failure

greetings - have question an issue need assistance with.


i running mac os x el capitan. recent install went fine. not able download new adobe cc apps without it. when new os downloaded new 2015 creative cloud apps. went fine photoshop , lightroom.


i proceeded download new app photoshop cs6, , when had install issue. receive error message

u44m1p7. tried several times receiving same error.


i searched adobe site see if find fix issue. found document error message , suggestions fixing issue.

i went through solutions , tried few of them without success.

the file in library not exist.  not locate log console me understand actual issue involved. logs endless , hard understand them.

i have not uninstalled , reinstalled ps cs6. reluctant without understanding issue is.

cs 6 operating fine without update , program use often; has many plug-ins not want disturb.

 

however, goes without saying update program.

if can appreciate much.

i have not used particular forum before can recall, not sure how ask notification regarding answers might receive.

btw there 1 other question mine saw couple of days ago. however, in french, not understand it.  others have given answer @ sheet (above link) had.

sorry installation issues photoshop.

  • first of make sure try steps.
  • else this, create new user on mac, log user , install ps cs6 user account(new user should admin)
  • once installations complete, log out of user , log original account
  • check if ps cs6 working fine or not.
  • once done installation can rid of user created installation purpose.

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
