When i download creative cloud it stops downloading half way through

i click on pop up, click run , starts downloading. half way through close down. i've tried downloaded multiple times , same thing every time.

kindly remove creative cloud app , adobe application manager using -

install creative cloud app- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
