Why is my jpg cloudy this time? Now I've modified the InDesign file slightly and need a clean jpg.

i think i've messed color profiles since designed file using indesign last year (which created nice jpg).  i've looked @ color profiles each pdf , jpg , appear same though; new file looks lighter; not enough black. export pdf (interactive @ 300 dpi) open pdf in photoshop , save jpg time same exact indesign file creates jpg cloudy. i've tried many times , many different color profiles i'm not sure issue be. appreciated.

which version of photoshop using , operating system?

what size pdf file?

what image color space under image>>mode >>

image result image mode rgb

also check quality , file size in  jpeg options when save file

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
