best text plugin/program for Adobe CC 2015

in past used windows platform of sony vegas pro (video editor), along newblue titler pro (for making great titles). however, switched macbook pro , have since been using adobe cc 2015. problem have yet find program text/titles titler pro. have suggestions text/title programs/plugins adobe premiere pro or after effects?? appreciate it!!!
