Has upgraded W 8.1 to W 10. Now i can not save the edited movie. Is it because of upgrade? Have Prem elem 13.

i have premiere elements 13/13.1 on windows 10 home 64 bit (upgrade 8.1 64 bit) , no problems premiere elements (any version) have installed on computer. impression premiere elements successes , failures same before , after upgrade windows 10 64 bit.

 

consequently, problem description, need project , export settings properties of source media.

 

have updated 13 13.1 yet using opened project's menu/updates?

 

what details

a. project preset

b. properties of source file on timeline

c. export settings - publish+share/ what?

 

what error messages getting in save file or burn exports?

 

do have latest version of quicktime installed on premiere elements computer? latest version 7.7.8, apple has problem 7.7.8 on windows 10 64 bit. if have not already, please install quicktime 7.7.6 since meet premiere elements quicktime 7 requirement though not latest version of quicktime 7. quicktime 7.7.6 windows

 

is video card/graphics card date according web site of manufacturer of card? if is, might consider temporarily rolling driver version determine if has influence on issue.

 

does computer use intel hd graphics 2000 , higher video card/graphics card? if not, disable preference named user hardware acceleration (works on intel hd graphics 2000 , higher). see edit menu/preferences/general.

 

look @ different save locations , available hard drive space @ locations.

 

please consider, , supply more information. if clarification needed on above, please ask.
