importing video to primiere freezes program, help

hello, have 1 video clip freezes premiere elements. other clips seem import , 1 same camera , same everything. little long, 7 minutes. cant believe there no phone support this. there phone support number if online, bogus? why there no number contact here? find difficult. posted question on support/contact us. have no idea how find again... same forum this?

1. properties of source video...brand/model/settings camera recorded video gives type of information.

and, might have examine properties of problem video pick on differences between , videos working.

had case assumed "same" turned out 1 of videos being recorded 5.1 audio instead of stereo rest.

2. project preset or project has set match properties of timeline sources?

3. if open new project, problem still exist?
