Unable to serialize Lightroom 6.2

i´ve been running lightroom 6.1 desktop while, when tried update 6.2 got message saying application manager missing or damaged. tried install (vs 9.0) got message saying installer not initialized.  after several attempts, uninstalled lr 6.1, , installed creative cloud lr 6.2 intention of serializing it.  lr 6.2 runs fine in trial mode when logged in cc, when log out , try run lr put serial number, same old message saying application manager missing or damaged!

 

any ideas on how out of mess?

please uninstall both version of lightroom system , restart machine. use below link installing lightroom 6.

 

download link: download photoshop lightroom

 

and before install lightroom 6, update or install adobe application manager.

 

download application manager

adobe - adobe application manager : windows : adobe application manager

adobe - adobe application manager : macintosh : adobe application manager

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
