update fails

i have been having problem installing update indesign cc 2015 - uninstalled program , re-installed update re-install failed.

 

any ideas?

sometimes uninstalling programs, followed using creative cloud cleaner take care of this.

 

when ran few months ago (cc2014 on mac), had creative new user , install there solve problem. (i moved rest of stuff new user, , deleted old one)

Error: 100600 Update failed, updates have been disabled by your system policy

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
