Why my after effects makes me render so fast and included in selling pixel format quicktame me , I've tried various formats and it is the same ?

when i'm rendering final product comes out pixelated , have tried several formats , same. after effects cs6 not help!

 

nobody can tell without proper system info or other technical details exact render settings.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
