The document could not be sanitized because of errors during the sanitization process.

i have acrobat pro dc. sanitize , redaction features no longer work did. used able redact , sanitize data, , save on open document. can neither. error message receive sanitization is: document not sanitized because of errors during sanitization process. cost of software should work every time. can purchase other products @ cost will. suggestions on how remedy issue?

please let me know exact dot version of acrobat & operating system installed on computer?

have tested issue on other pdf files?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
