Add Text to PDF file.

 

i use online paperless billing. copy pdf format bills web sites laptop. go online bill payer , pay bill. go pdf bill file , use fill & sign add text when paid bill. can web sites except one. when copy pfd file laptop , try add text gray out.

 

can tell me why happening?

there security preventing it. open document on reader go file>properties>security , tell whether allowed.
