Background Image And Camera Not Working

im working on animation , perfect morning. background isn't showing anymore([black-_911.png]). also, fix 3d view i'm trying orbit camera. added 50mm camera , when try orbit it doesn't work. says: "unable orbit camera". please me i'm beginner @ looks perfect. , working well.

you looking @ left view. 2d images not show in active camera view , active camera view render video.

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
