Basic entrance effects problem - please advise

i have started using captivate (9) having been developing storyline couple of years.

i having problems getting entrance effect run smoothly.

basically tab button uses advanced action show, apply ease in left effect, disable button.

 

the problem element sliding in flickers on before arrives, why?

tested in chrome , edge on windows 10.

please give advice on this?

all create smooth sliding effect when each tab clicked on. easy in storyline.

hopefully missing simple solution.

effects applied after object gets added timeline.  need start object off stage don't see initial glitch object appears split second without effect.  option add short fade in transition object faded out @ initial moment appears on timeline.

 

these not solutions realize, that's best can way captivate works.
