controlling the justification of objects in ebooks does not work after numbered lists

i producing ebook using command file - export (actually, have german gui datei - exportieren. if of commands wrong that's why).

 

normally, can change size of pictures selecting picture , selecting object - object export options. if check "user-defined layout" , appropriate settings, can, example, specify picture right-justified , taked half of screenwidth.

 

as insert numbered list, or numbered header, justification of objects no longer works. doesn't matter whether current paragraph has numbering - long @ least 1 paragraph earlier in document numbered, doesn't work more.

 

is known bug , know solutions or workarounds?

at size , alignment should appear in epub?

just installed acrobat 11.0.13 on windows 7 sp 1 ultimate 64-bit machine.  when try run, > check updates, error below.  happening on several machines.  in domain group policy not restrict updates.  have tried running acrobat "run administrator" , have tried running update service administrator.  no luck.     common acrobat nonsense, there not policy acrobat !!! just missing unnecessary adobe arm !!! this time when see stupid error message installer, not install updater as  !!! but avoid annoying offer update usefulness acrobat dc (ok adobe give try, respect effort, no more reader (sorry adobe !!!) remove complete adobe arm folder, acrobat not need , loose nothing of functionality !!! however paid acrobat xi pro , not need degradation it  dc !!!
