I have an issue with Elements 10

i have been using elements 10, , today froze, shut it's self down , can't open it, tells me it's damaged , need download again have done , still not working?

 

i have work due tomorrow , need today!!!!!

 

i

did use adobe download? getting error message during installation?

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
