I purchased Elements 14 and Premiere bundle and the Premiere installed with no problem but I have been trying since Oct 15 to install Elements14 with no luck.

i've been on chat support , have let them take on system; negative results.  elevated next level of support no 1

ever called me suppose after stayed home darn day waiting call or email , still have heard nothing.  can give me refund

and can go on merry way.

Maximum number of authorizations reached!
